"Diversität leben - eigentlich ist das für uns alle Alltag. Aber diese Diversität wollen und müssen wir auch im Arbeitsleben noch konsequenter abbilden. Davon profitieren wir, Diversität ist heute Grundvoraussetzung für Erfolg!" Das Statement kommt von Herzen. Sehen Sie selbst!
The story of success continues together: At the beginning of this week, RWTÜV GmbH signed a participation agreement with House of Plasma GmbH, developer of the unique multipole resonance probe measurement technology, which enables plasma diagnostics and quality optimisation in industrial production processes.
In May 2022, House of Plasma had already won a start-up prize organised by RWTÜV to mark the company's 150th anniversary and was able to use the prize money of 70,000 euros to invest in market maturity and growth. The collaboration is now being made permanent.
The multipole resonance probe measurement technology from House of Plasma, founded and managed by Dr Moritz Oberberg, Maria Schnober and Geoffrey Mellar, enables a significant improvement in the quality of manufacturing processes for plasma surface treatments. Industrial applications include the surface treatment of solar cells, spectacle lenses, objectives, PET bottles and electronic devices.
The involvement of RWTÜV GmbH should enable further scaling: "We have been in dialogue with House of Plasma since our start-up prize and have been able to observe the successful development with enthusiasm. We believe in the team and the idea and now want to get involved to help pave the way for further growth," commented RWTÜV Managing Directors Fabian Fechner and Thomas Biedermann.
"RWTÜV stands for innovation as well as safe and reliable high-tech. That suits us extremely well," said the House of Plasma team, who were also delighted with the new partnership.
The multipole resonance probe was developed at Ruhr-Universität Bochum and funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Innovation, Digitalisation and Energy of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia. The EXIST programme of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection with funds from the European Social Fund are also among the supporters.
