We are delighted to have even more support in the Controlling team. Kathrin Glawe joined the RWTÜV Group on 1 January. 🎉
She not only plays tennis, but also enjoys travelling, reading and cooking. With over 14 years of diverse experience in the field of controlling, Kathrin brings a wealth of knowledge to various areas. She was responsible for headcount reporting, cost centre and project controlling as well as productivity analyses. Her passion for numbers and her ability to penetrate complex structures immediately won us over. 📊
Thilo Salzmann wins the public voting for the RWTÜV ideas competition "Innovation Inside" 🎉
Our colleagues have decided: Thilo Salzmann from cetecom advanced subsidiary cesitec GmbH came out on top in the RWTÜV Group's public voting for first place in the internal "Innovation Inside" ideas competition! 🏆
With a total of 24 ideas submitted, the competition was fierce, but Thilo's proposal came out on top. The public vote of all employees of the RWTÜV Group saw the most potential in the colleague's #innovation.

RWTÜV Foundation awards 12 scholarships to UDE students 🎓
Over the next three years, we will be awarding twelve scholarships with the RWTÜV Foundation in the subjects of electrical engineering, civil engineering, mechanical engineering and IT. We made a commitment to this last month with the Rector of the University of Duisburg-Essen, Prof Dr Barbara Albert.
Together with the heads of the chairs, the UDE is now "matching" the scholarships to suitable candidates, who will be presented to RWTÜV at the end of November.

The 2nd part of the Executive Leadership Program took place again in the Chancellor's Office at ESMT in Berlin. Leadership in today's world, building networks, understanding change, leading and communicating, authenticity and individual communication techniques were just some of the topics discussed with the managers. The change process from an HR perspective was also presented very clearly using practical examples. In addition to the intensive professional exchange, networking was also an important component.
